SMMA has a great teaching environment cause of its wide variety of teaching faculty that helps the cadets pursue their goals. They also help the cadets to be physically strong, mentally alert, and intellectually sharp and have a great personality. I think SMMA is a great option for students who are thinking of having a career in Merchant Navy.

The competent faculty at SMMA made sure that we get the right set of knowledge and skills to excel in the maritime field. I got the opportunity to start my career with Maersk Tankers and I will be ever thankful for it . SMMA has the required infrastructure and facilities that a seafarer can require in his professional career.

SMMA was the turning point of my life. It helped me develop my all-round personality including my leadership, teamwork, athletic and communication skills. It is the place where I fulfilled my dream of sailing as an engineer, but it is true that I walked out of SMMA with much more than a degree and placement.

SMMA is a very good platform and for me it has proved the best for my overall growth. I am very grateful to all my teachers for their time to time guidance regarding studies, career etc.

SIX MONTH in SMMA had helped me a lot to become a successful DACK OFFICER. I still continue to be kept learning till end.
